During this two-month training, participants will learn the nuts and bolts of what it means to be a member of Fierce Vulnerability Network. Using the FVN Handbook as our guide, we will deepen our understanding in the history and foundation of our movement, our guiding principles, our core practices and organizational systems.
Our hope is that after attending this training, participants will be ready to start and lead their own local, decentralized teams – the core of our network.
This training is the second of the two-part process for onboarding into FVN. Once individuals have completed both parts and have joined an active team, they are considered full members of FVN.
