The Six Principles of Kingian Nonviolence is often times referred to as “the will” of the philosophy.

They were first articulated by Dr. King in his famous essay My Pilgrimage to Nonviolence and later codified into the language you see here by Dr. Bernard LaFayette Jr. and David Jehnsen.

These principles serves as the philosophical foundation for Kingian Nonviolence.
