Group agreements are not always enough to create safe containers for healing and growth. And one of the main reasons is because we rarely talk about the values we want to uphold when agreements - which are always aspirational - are inevitably broken.

This handout offers some guiding values, things to consider as we prepare ourselves for difficult conversations that may lead to conflict.
